The HEL Advocate +20mm Post Mount Caliper Adapter Kit ensures your brake caliper is precisely positioned when stepping up to larger rotors, maintaining optimal pad-to-rotor alignment and consistent braking performance. If your frame or fork's native mount matches the rotor size you intend to use, no adapter is needed - you can simply mount your HEL Advocate caliper directly using the four M6 x 18mm titanium bolts included with the brake system kit.

There are two types of brake mount standards: Post Mount (PM) and International Standard (IS). This kit is compatible with Post Mount only. IS brackets are not currently available from HEL, but are in development for future release.

Entirely designed and machined in-house from 6082-T6 aluminium, each adapter is sandblasted for a satin, durable finish and anodised to match HEL calipers. The shape is specifically designed to flow seamlessly with the HEL Advocate caliper profile, creating a clean, integrated look once installed. Supplied with corrosion-resistant, lightweight titanium bolts that require no maintenance and look neat.

Please note: HEL Advocate brake calipers must be precisely aligned with the rotor using the caliper join lines. This ensures even piston distribution, consistent pad wear, and consistent, predictable modulation.
